SiHLE stands for
Sistas
Informing,
Healing,
Living,
Empowering.
The purpose of this program is to teach young black females some
positive choices that they can make to become healthier and more
successful in life. It is also designed to instill within them pride
which will help them as they sometimes struggle to define positive
identities. The program is conducted over four (4 hour) sessions. Each
session offers important information, demonstrations and practice that
they will need to know to stay healthy—both in their bodies and
relationships.
